PTSD – this is what makes it complex.

****WARNING – Contains sexual content****

This was probably one of the hardest and most personal blogs I have ever done, made harder by the fact I have filmed it. I did this because this is such a personal message that I want others going through it to know there is hope.

Don’t be ashamed, you did nothing wrong.

About mitsanuk

I left the RAF in 2015 following 20 years as a frontline paramedic. It has been an amazing career but then found myself suffering because of this. My blog exists as an outlet for me as well as a place for others to read and try to understand the mind of someone with PTSD. Please feel free to make comment on any post and lets raise some discussions on how we can help to end the stigma which surrounds mental illness. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Please follow and share in the hope my experience will help others.

Michelle, my lovely, as always such a powerful message. I don’t know if it was made so much more hard hitting because of the video footage, but for me, an old friend, it’s like sitting talking with you, hearing your heart open up.
Such a brave, beautiful thing you’re doing.
    Keep on it, love.

Ve the house…those skills came in handy! X
