Suicide – What If?

So 12 mths ago I was debating taking my own life.

Watch “Suicide What If” on YouTube

Noone will follow my coffin down the isle through my own doing. There is hope out there, I can say that because I’ve been there.

About mitsanuk

I left the RAF in 2015 following 20 years as a frontline paramedic. It has been an amazing career but then found myself suffering because of this. My blog exists as an outlet for me as well as a place for others to read and try to understand the mind of someone with PTSD. Please feel free to make comment on any post and lets raise some discussions on how we can help to end the stigma which surrounds mental illness. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Please follow and share in the hope my experience will help others.

Lovely words Michelle that no doubt many will relate to, including myself.
My great aunt who I cared for, until she passed away last Christmas, signed a DNR and as hard as it was feeling helpless and wanting to do ANYTHING, the one comfort I gained was that we were following exactly what she wanted. Her wishes not ours, her final choice and somehow it felt right even though everything was going wrong.
Sending you all the love and strength in the world.
She’ll be very proud of you X X
